After Deepsession Recording’s first release by Xcuse, I was really looking forward to their next one and fortunately I didn’t have to wait too long. Ayarcana’s GetAway EP is set to release next week on July 18th and it’s a goodie. GetAway, an epic Southern-rap inspired sub bass stormer, and Borealis, a more housey stepper, are my two favorite tracks off the album but After the Sun and Feel the Rhythm are also good listens and have a unique sound to them that make it clear Ayarcana is looking to push past the status quo.

Seclusiasis and Slit Jockey Records (twin labels separated at birth) have decided to bring their artists together to work on some fun tracks free for the sharing. Steady Remixin
I made this little remix for the Electric Sweat Party we posted on here a few weeks ago. Â The party was pretty fun by the way. Â Sweet decorations, the crowd was pretty into it, and Yamez tore it up.
I didn’t go too crazy with the remix, just some edits and timestreches to create a mixable intro, and a drum beat behind the main track… Â but hey, it allows you to mix this timeless classic of a song with current music and sounds decent, so download away.
